Pragmatic markers have received much attention in the literature on pragmatics and discourse since Schiffrin (1987). Readers interested in the theoretical literature on pragmatic markers are referred to the surveys in Aijmer (2002), Blakemore (2002), and Romero-Trillo (2009), as well as the collection of articles in Degand et al. (2013). Van der Wouden (2024) provides a survey that focuses more specifically the forms that can be used as interjections, including a long list of forms used in the Netherlands and Belgium and an extensive bibliography.
Left dislocation has traditionally received a lot of attention in the syntactic literature; cf. Paardekooper (1986:417ff) and Haeseryn et al. (1997: §21.8). A number of older and more recent articles on this topic from the point of view of formal approaches to syntax are collected in Anagnostopoulou & Van Riemsdijk (1997). A brief review of the theoretical literature can be found in Alexiadou (2006/2017) and in Section 37.2, sub IX, which also discusses a recent proposal in Ott (2014), according to which left-dislocation constructions are derived in essentially the same way as fragment clauses, by ellipsis. this proposal has been
Right dislocation has received much less attention than left dislocation in the syntactic literature, but Ott & De Vries (2015) provides a good review and promising analysis of the basic properties of the construction; it also paves the way for the development of a unified ellipsis account of fragment clauses, left-dislocation constructions and right-dislocation constructions, although we have seen that this proposal raises a number of questions that need to be answered.
