21.4.Bibliographical notes
quickinfo

Although in our discussion we have already referred to most of the studies on the predeterminers al and heel and their variants, we would like to highlight some of the more important ones here: apart from grammars like Paardekooper (1986) and Haeseryn et al. (1997) and the Woordenboek der Nederlandsche Taal, discussions can also be found in Verkuyl (1981), De Jong (1991), Coppen (1991), Zwarts (1992), Perridon (1997), Den Dikken (2002/2006), Hoeksema (2007), Van de Velde (2009) and De Belder (2011). We are grateful to Van de Velde (2014) for his review of an earlier version of this chapter: a response to some of his more critical points has been included in the revised version presented here.
